Craigs List is charging for ads

Craiglist was started in 1995 in San Francisco and expanded to Los Angeles, New York, Boston and other major cities. For me and my fellow computer programmers, Craigs list has been a major source of contract jobs. Craigslist is starting to charge $12 for job postings in California and $10 in New York. There is no such thing as a free lunch :-)
