10/14/2004: "Google's deskbar"

Google released its long anticipated deskbar. The User Interface is nice, clean and simple. Good job guys!
This is the link to download: http://www.google.com/search?ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&sourceid=deskbar&q=google+deskbar
My only disappointment is that the deskbar is using Microsoft's Browser control - Google does not have its own browser yet. Along with ATL, the deskbar is using Microsoft's WTL library.
WTL has been a very cool project at MS, but it never saw the light of the day and it is still not supported. I wish Google remains as good as they are brave :-)
