Dr. Ingemar Hulthage is an architect of Countrywide Automated Property Evaluation System (CAPES).
CAPES is using data from various sources to come up with a statistically likely property value. CAPES is extensively used by Countrywide appraisers and lenders to estimate property values and saves thousands of dollars to millions of Americans buying or refinancing their homes.
